Classes can be booked from 8am the day before the scheduled start time. Please only book if you intend to attend. No shows will be temporarily unable to rebook for a period of 7 days.

The club is open 5:30am-9:30pm weekdays & 8am-5pm on weekends. Please be aware that the pool, steam room and sauna areas will close 30mins prior to closing time to allow staff to carry out essential cleaning and maintenance checks.
